In August 2015 Laura was invited by Bare Plume and Wish You’d Been Here to host an evening in their resident bar at Supernormal Festival. On the first night of the festival ‘Our Laura’ turned the bar into ‘Your New Local’ – a place for festival-goers to seek refuge, respite and an espresso martini alongside a pub quiz, darts, psychic countdown and karaoke. At the end of the evening Our Laura hosted ‘Let You Entertain Us’ – a Supernormal open-mic talent contest, which featured poetry, performance art and participation.
