As well as using video in her artistic practice, in 2012/13 Laura worked with VIDEO IN COMMON (formerly, the Common Practice Video Network), training as a film-maker, making documentation of artists’ work for members of Common Practice. She went on to direct a short film about the archiving activity at Matt’s Gallery, London. Laura continues to work with Matt’s Gallery in various capacities, and with gallery Director Robin Klassnik on a feature length development of this initial short.
